Terms of delivery
Orders are generally sent on the same day if the order is received by 14:00. But no later than the next working day. The delivery time depends on the selected Posti service, and Posti's delivery times. In local distribution areas, delivery can take place even on the order date. Orders with a total amount of more than € 200 will be delivered free of charge!
Terms of payment
The customer can choose the payment method offered by bank transfer or Paytrail payment service; online banking, debit card, credit card, invoice / installment or Paypal. For companies and organizations, we can offer a billing option if the conditions are met, in which case please contact business sale
Returns
The customer has a 14-day right of access and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. For returns, please contact the company returns@maskiset.net.
The right of return is not due to hygiene products that cannot be returned. All returned products must be in their original unopened packaging, unused and in good condition for sale. Before returning, the customer must request a return number for the return, and instructions for the return. A refund request must be made returns@maskiset.net to.
